Gridium verarbeitet deine Fotos und Projekte ausschließlich auf deinem Gerät. Es gibt kein Konto, keinen Upload auf unsere Server, kein Tracking, keine Werbung und keine Analyse – weder in der App noch auf dieser Website. Gridium processes your photos and projects exclusively on your device. There is no account, no upload to our servers, no tracking, no advertising and no analytics – neither in the app nor on this website.

Personenbezogene Daten fallen bei uns nur in zwei Fällen an: technisch bedingt beim Aufruf dieser Website (Server-Logfiles beim Hoster) und wenn du uns eine E-Mail schreibst. Hosting und Server-Logfiles. Diese Website wird bei ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Inhaber René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland, gehostet. Mit ALL-INKL besteht ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung nach Art. 28 DSGVO. Bei jedem Aufruf verarbeitet der Server automatisch technische Zugriffsdaten: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene URL, Browser-Kennung (User-Agent) und die zuvor besuchte Seite (Referrer). Das ist nötig, um die Website auszuliefern sowie ihre Stabilität und Sicherheit zu gewährleisten. Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Die Werte werden erst gespeichert, wenn du die Sprache umschaltest bzw. die Animationen pausierst oder fortsetzt. Sie bleiben auf deinem Gerät und werden nie an uns oder Dritte übertragen. Rechtsgrundlage ist § 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 Telekommunikation-Digitale-Dienste-Datenschutz-Gesetz (TDDDG), da die Speicherung für diese von dir ausdrücklich gewünschte Funktion unbedingt erforderlich ist. 4. Die App Gridium4. The Gridium app

Grundsatz. Gridium für iPhone und iPad arbeitet vollständig lokal. Die App hat kein Konto, lädt nichts auf Server von Studio Rathjen hoch, enthält keine Analyse- oder Werbe-SDKs und verfolgt dich nicht über Apps oder Websites hinweg. Wir erhalten über die App keine personenbezogenen Daten. Principle. Gridium for iPhone and iPad works entirely locally. The app has no account, uploads nothing to Studio Rathjen servers, contains no analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not track you across apps or websites. We receive no personal data through the app.

Fotos auswählen. Fotos fügst du über die Fotoauswahl von iOS hinzu. Gridium erhält dabei nur die Fotos, die du auswählst, und verarbeitet sie ausschließlich auf deinem Gerät. Liegt ein Foto nur in iCloud-Fotos, lädt iOS es über Apples Dienst auf dein Gerät. Choosing photos. You add photos via the iOS photo picker. Gridium only receives the photos you select and processes them exclusively on your device. If a photo is stored only in iCloud Photos, iOS downloads it to your device via Apple’s service.

In Fotos sichern. Wenn du eine fertige Collage in deiner Fotomediathek sicherst, fragt iOS dich einmalig um die Erlaubnis, Fotos hinzuzufügen. Diese Erlaubnis kannst du jederzeit in den iOS-Einstellungen unter Gridium > Fotos ändern. Saving to Photos. When you save a finished collage to your photo library, iOS asks you once for permission to add photos. You can change this permission at any time in iOS Settings under Gridium > Photos.

Projekte und Einstellungen. Angefangene Collagen werden automatisch als Projektdateien (.gridium) auf deinem Gerät gespeichert und sind in der Dateien-App sichtbar. Legst du Projekte oder Exporte in iCloud Drive ab, übernimmt iOS die Synchronisation über dein Apple-Konto; Gridium betreibt dafür keinen eigenen Server. App-Einstellungen werden lokal auf dem Gerät gespeichert. Wenn du die App löschst, entfernt iOS auch die lokal in der App gespeicherten Projekte und Einstellungen; Dateien, die du in Fotos, iCloud Drive oder an anderen Orten gesichert hast, bleiben erhalten. Projects and settings. Collages in progress are saved automatically as project files (.gridium) on your device and are visible in the Files app. If you store projects or exports in iCloud Drive, iOS handles syncing via your Apple Account; Gridium does not operate a server of its own for this. App settings are stored locally on the device. If you delete the app, iOS also removes the projects and settings stored locally within the app; files you have saved to Photos, iCloud Drive or other locations remain.

Teilen und AirDrop. Über das Teilen-Menü von iOS kannst du Collagen und Projekte an andere Apps (z. B. Nachrichten, WhatsApp, Instagram, Signal) oder per AirDrop an andere Geräte weitergeben. Das geschieht nur, wenn du es selbst auslöst. Für die weitere Verarbeitung ist dann die jeweilige App bzw. deren Anbieter verantwortlich; es gelten deren Datenschutzbestimmungen. Sharing and AirDrop. App Store. Beim Laden und Aktualisieren der App verarbeitet Apple Daten in eigener Verantwortung, etwa zu deinem Apple-Konto; es gelten die Datenschutzbestimmungen von Apple. App Store. Android. Eine Android-Version von Gridium ist in Arbeit, aber noch nicht erschienen. Sobald sie verfügbar ist, ergänzen wir diese Erklärung um die dort genutzten Berechtigungen und Systemfunktionen. Der Grundsatz bleibt derselbe: Verarbeitung nur auf dem Gerät, kein Konto, kein Tracking. Android. An Android version of Gridium is in development but has not been released yet.
